He, the Supreme Seed resting on the ocean of milk,
is praised by saints and yogis in meditation.

We shall praise the Supreme Lord who rests upon the ocean of milk.

and we will avoid all wrong deeds and harsh words.

We will live simply, give alms, and share with the needy,
seeking only spiritual upliftment and the Lord’s grace.
